Reset Reformer is fantastic; I’ve tried a few reformer studios on the Gold Coast and Reset is by far my favourite.
The studio space is clean and inviting - the essential oils and music are never overpowering and add to the atmosphere. There are a variety of class types offered daily which makes it easy to maintain a consistent practice. The “Restore” is a Pilates fundamentals class and is my go to!
The instructors are very knowledgeable, kind, and have always met me where I am at that day. If I need an exercise swapped they’re ready with alternatives and options. If I’m feeling strong, they’re ready to challenge me more. Trudy is amazing and it's always a treat to take her class. The entire team is incredible (especially Diogo, I love his classes)!

"My strength and flexibility have improved immensely."
I just wanted to write this to express my thanks and appreciation to Reset Reformer and their amazing teachers. I am a 75 year old woman who had two knee replacements in the last 15 months.
My weight over the last 5 years has ballooned due to lack of movement. I am a full time carer for my husband.
I have known from old how effective Pilates was, and was determined to get back to it.
In the last few months having two classes per week ( one private and one stretch) my strength and flexibility have improved immensely.
I can now run down a flight of stairs where before I was like a 4 year old. Although I had first class rehab physio following my knee replacements, my walking and flexibility has now improved even further, but above all despite the many challenges, I feel I am coping better emotionally and mentally as well.
Needless to say I am extremely grateful for all the help and patience of my Pilates instructors at Reset.

Reset reformer has been the best thing to come out of 2025 for me. Home away from home! Reset has the most supportive, comforting and caring instructors that take the time and energy to focus on your personal goals as well as creating a positive and safe environment to make you feel comfortable and reassured when starting something new and uncomfortable.
